Management 4.0 - Driving high performance culture

Managers, being at the forefront of the organization, play a critical role in building a robust organization that is aligned, motivated and performing. However, it’s not a cakewalk. Managers are faced with challenges like:

What we delivered

The learning journey, spread over 6 months, consisted of five unique modules, which were complemented with digital micro-learning to sustain learning and practical assignments for learning implementation.

To address these pain points, ILM-recognized Management 4.0 Programme was designed and delivered for a leading bank in UAE.

Outcomes

In 2021 and 2022 combined, 137 managers were trained in the Management 4.0 Programme.

Given the success story, in 2023 another 150 new managers embarked on their learning journey.

Average Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 100%.

Average knowledge gain reported at 55%.

Learning implementation and business impact at 63%.
